Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Domain Ownership: Own product strategy and roadmap for a core product area or platform domain
- Discovery & Problem Framing: Lead discovery efforts for complex problems, synthesizing user, operational, and data insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering and design to define system behavior and user experience; Align stakeholders across clinical, operations, and leadership teams
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Execution Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of large initiatives across engineering, design, and operations
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Metrics & Outcomes: Define and own domain-level KPIs tied to business impact
- Product Craftsmanship: Contribute to improving product management practices, artifacts, and standards; Act as a role model for structured thinking, clear documentation, and outcome orientation
- 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or complex system environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated ownership of meaningful product areas or large initiatives
- Experience operating with partial autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, or data security is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
