Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, independent, and professional Massage Therapist to join our private practice in Glendora, CA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services, have the confidence to rebook/upsell clients on treatment plans, and live a healthy/active lifestyle. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques and the ability to assess patient needs effectively.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
• Provide a range of massage modalities.
• Collect payment and rebook clients on a consistent basis.
• Be able to provide 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
• Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
• Lead a healthy and active lifestyle to promote health and wellness recommendations to clients

Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment techniques to tailor treatments effectively.
• Positive demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and treatment options.
• Familiarity with occupational health practices related to massage therapy. Such as Physical Therapy and Chiropractic.
• Strong belief in self care and practicing a healthy lifestyle yourself
• Excellent at time management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
