Customer Results Representative

Wellnessmart is a leading provider of pre-employment testing services with over 50 retail locations across the US. Wellnessmart combines high clinical accuracy, rapid turnaround, and friendly service to deliver best in class pre-employment testing across the country.Our services include drug screening, tuberculosis testing, physical assessments, titer testing and more. We also provide non-clinical tests such as fingerprinting and background checks.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Results Representative to offer quality control of patient medical results, provide support to clinical staff, track patient results, answer inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain overall quality of patient/client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality assurance control, client orders, and ensure valid information is provided to Clients.
• Take inbound/outbound calls and communicate with Client/Patient via text/email. Schedule patient appointments as needed.
• Assist clinical staff with inquiries and troubleshooting requests.
• Upload and send results to Clients/Patients. Provide Clients/Patients with up to date status on each order.
• Follow-up with outside vendors for clinical results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service setting. Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Enjoy working as a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work individually in a repetitive environment.
• Ability to navigate various programs/softwares.
• Open to taking on new projects from time-to-time.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays
• 2-3 Saturday a month
