What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Community Manager position at WellnessBlueprint?
We are looking to build a role with an experienced sales professional who is looking for work flexibility and enjoys connecting communities via local outreach, events, and partnerships.
Support We Provide:
- A base salary and a compensation structure that feels awesome to you
- A monthly budget to work with for events and marketing initiatives.
- Access to our Social Media Manager/Executive Assistant to build campaigns, digital and print designs, and offload a portion of your admin work.
- Ability to onboard your own local ambassadors to support your on the ground initiatives and further stretch your impact.
- The ability to adapt our work together as we progress. It is important to me that this role evolves as we build it for you.
Ideally You Will:
- Live within a 5 mile radius of Cambridge/Somerville, Massachusetts.
- Have 5 years experience working in sales
- Have 3 years experience with fitness business and/or brand development with an emphasis on customer relations, acquisition, and retention.
- Be experienced with data and business-driven marketing strategy and planning.
- Love people, connecting communities, and and interested in growing your role to fit your needs in tandem with those of the business.
- Be established in your ideal work style so we can set expectations with our joint work rhythm.
