Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed LGPC with a passion for relational trauma work and a focus on helping clients overcome deep-seated patterns caused by toxic relationships and early attachment injuries. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to guide clients through healing from narcissistic abuse, managing the lasting effects of emotionally immature caregivers, and processing chronic shame. You’ll work in a supportive practice that provides individual and group supervision, collaboration, and opportunities to deepen your expertise in relational trauma.
What You’ll Do
- Provide trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical progress
- Apply relational and trauma-focused modalities to support client healing
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and professional development
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, client-centered care

What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland LGPC license
- Specialized training or interest in relational trauma, attachment-based therapy, or interpersonal trauma
- Strong relational skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to maintain organized documentation and utilize EHR systems
- Clinically curious and collaborative mindset
Preferred But Not Required
- Certification or experience in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS)
- Experience with diverse populations and culturally sensitive care
- Interest in contributing to team trainings or clinical consultation
