Overview

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical records management.
  • Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and stakeholders.

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour
