Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical records management.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and stakeholders.
