Overview

Duties
- Support patients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques to prevent injury.
- Engage with patients needing Memory Care, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience as a CNA is required.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with dementia or chronic illnesses, is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
