Employment Type: 30 hours, in-person
Compensation:
- Associate Level - $34.00 - $35.00 per hour / Licensed - $38.00 - $39.00 per hour;
- $2000 Sign-On Bonus;
- Site Incentive: Base rate $5.00/hour for all hours worked at Somerset location (2026-2027 school year)

Location: On-campus at assigned school site(s)
What You’ll Do:
As a Mental Health Specialist, you will:

Provide individual and group counseling to students
-
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
-
Offer crisis intervention and perform risk assessments
-
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners
-
Lead mental health workshops for students, parents, and educators
-
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA & FERPA compliant)

Attend triadic clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
What You Bring:
-
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fiel
-
BBS registration in good standing (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
-
Experience working with youth impacted by trauma (preferred)
-
Familiarity with CBT, ACT, and evidence-based interventions
-
Ability to collaborate with school teams and families
-
Fluency in a second language (preferred)
