Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking talented Aesthetic Injector who want to grow alongside a high-growth organization from the ground up. Whether you're a full-time or part-time provider looking to join, you will benefit from a powerful marketing engine - including a significant digital advertising presence and influencer partnerships - along with expert-led training and clear pathways for advancement. We want a Rockstar Aesthetic Injector; Someone who can read a face, listen deeply, and craft subtle, sculpted, natural results!
- Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxin, dermal filler, skin boosters, PRP/PRF, etc.)
- Conduct consultations, create tailored treatment plans, document in EMR
- Mentor and support junior injectors as needed
- Support clinic operations (pre/post care, follow-ups)
Required Competencies
- Must be a Licensed RN, NP, or PA in the state of California
- Must have 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (neurotoxin filler)
- Possess a strong grasp of facial anatomy and balance
- Has a calm bedside manner, is an excellent communicator, and exudes confidence but is also approachable for our clientele
