What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist/Assistant position at Wellness & Sport Chiropractic?
At Wellness & Sport Chiropractic we are passionate about assisting our patients get well and perform at their optimal potential to help improve their quality of life. This is a fun and enjoyable opportunity for someone looking to also help patients improve their health. The clinic will sometimes have down time. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for a slower paced work environment, which could allow time to catch up with schoolwork or reading.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, positive, organized, and responsible front desk/assistant. The candidate must be a people person and able to multitask. Duties include patient management, record keeping, assist with traction unit, maintaining office appearance and atmosphere. Clinic does not accept insurance so there will not be any insurance company phone calls and billing. We are looking for someone that would want to work part time, currently Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30-5:30 and Saturday 11:30-2:30.
