We are a private-pay therapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families seeking thoughtful, high-quality care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed therapist available at least 2 days per week.

Clinicians see clients in person at our Columbia office two days per week, while offering virtual sessions on other days. Our private-pay clients often seek the depth and connection of in-person therapy, and our schedule supports that experience.

This role has the potential to grow into a full-time salaried position with benefits as the caseload expands.

Scheduling coordination, billing processes, paperwork support, and client communication.

Incoming calls are answered by a real-time receptionist so clinicians are not managing phone calls during the workday.

We serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

This position will primarily focus on:

Many of our clients are professionals navigating relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions.

Training & Professional Development

• Weekly consultation
• Board-approved LCPC supervisor
• Optional supervision for clinicians pursuing full licensure
• Continuing education opportunities

Couples Therapy Training

• Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training provided
• Formal CEU trainings
• Hands-on clinical learning opportunities
• Optional weekly supervision focused on couples therapy

Eligible Licenses
