This is a contract position based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters location, where we work a required hybrid schedule of in-office on Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays. Team members must reside within a commutable distance from our Burlington office. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with an expected duration of 3–6 months.
The Procurement Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Procurement and will support our current fast-paced cost reduction projects.
What You’ll Accomplish:
We’re looking for an MS Excel guru with Procurement knowledge to support a wide range of projects that need analysis support:
The hourly rate range for this position is $35.63 to $50.62 based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.

What You’ll Accomplish:
- Sort, organize, and consolidate inbound RFP bid information from vendors
- Maintain and update current bid analysis spreadsheets
- Create different volume award scenarios to illustrate cost savings opportunities
- Work with Finance to build cost savings tracker for 2026 and 2027 impacts
- As needed, prepare materials for presentations
We’re looking for an MS Excel guru with Procurement knowledge to support a wide range of projects that need analysis support:
- Strong bias towards action – these projects are moving quickly, and the support work will require keeping the same pace in order to not slow down the broader team
- Experience creating data models
- Demonstrated analytical skills, adept at using advanced Excel functions and other analytical tools
- More than 5 years of experience working in a procurement position or similar in a corporate environment
- In-depth experience working with RFP’s and associated data analyses including building multiple scenarios to enable maximum cost savings withing each category’s unique constraints
- Has a basic understanding of manufacturing cost models and processes
- Possesses the ability to analyze and summarize data to multiple levels of the organization
- Well-developed project management skills
- Technically savvy with MS Excel and PowerPoint and ERP/MRP systems
