We’re currently seeking a Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team at one of our station locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections efficiently and accurately
- Greet and verify patient information, ensuring proper identification
- Accurately label, handle, and transport specimens according to company protocols
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish
- Maintain a clean and organized station environment
- Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Input and manage data using laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Collaborate with other lab and clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Phlebotomist (CPT1/CPT2 or state equivalent, if required)
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high patient volume
