Wellness in Home Care LLC is urgently seeking an independent Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Virginia to work as a 1099 contractor in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a one-year contract position (not full-time or part-time employment). The RN’s responsibilities are strictly limited to developing, reviewing, and signing patient care plans and required documentation, including applicable DMAS forms. No direct patient care, clinical visits, or additional duties are required beyond documentation. Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, based on experience and scope of work.
