Part-Time Medical Assistant – Hormone & Wellness Clinic
We are a growing, patient-centered hormone and wellness clinic seeking a part-time Medical Assistant who is warm, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative, positive environment. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves patient care, embraces growth and change, and wants to work closely alongside a Nurse Practitioner to create a seamless and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain accurate vitals
Perform proficient venipuncture and specimen processing
Assist with and dispense weight loss medications as directed
Maintain accurate charting and documentation
Support clinical flow and ensure smooth patient experience
Assist with front desk duties when needed (check-in/out, scheduling, phones)
Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock supplies

Required Skills:
Medical Assistant experience preferred
Strong phlebotomy skills (comfortable drawing blood independently)
Experience with EMR systems

Ability to multitask in a small clinic setting
SchedulePart-time (approximately 32 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday)Fill-in flexibility for front desk coverage is required.
