As a Financial Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by handling tasks associated with financial planning and investment management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Data Management: You will provide an extension from our team to the planning department and develop a relationship with client to enhance their experience and our ability to offer the most applicable strategies.
- Financial Document Review: Are you skilled at assisting in the preparation of financial plans, including cash flow analysis, retirement planning, and investment strategies?
- Case Design: Would you like to develop into case designs and recommendations for financial strategies based on client needs and goals?
- Investment Management Support: Are you interested in monitoring client portfolios, conducting research on investment options, and preparing reports with advisors?
- Administrative Tasks: Are you efficient at managing paperwork, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements?
- Client Communication: Do you have strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, gather necessary information, and provide updates on their financial plans?
Qualifications:
- Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field?
- Are you known for your strong analytical skills and attention to detail?
- Do you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
- Are you proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite?
- Can you work independently and as part of a team?
- Do you hold Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 certifications (preferred)?
