We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and experiential channels. This is a cross-functional role with responsibility for shaping brand strategy, managing day-to-day marketing operations, and driving customer acquisition and engagement.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns. They will collaborate closely with leadership, external vendors, and partners to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
Role Description
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to support company goals and growth
- Own the marketing calendar, coordinating timelines across content, email, social, and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with creative and design partners to produce brand assets and marketing collateral
- Support product and partnership launch with clear, on-brand communications
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling
- Oversee email marketing programs, including newsletters, campaigns, and list segmentation
- Track and report on marketing KPIs using analytics tools to optimize performance
Website & Content Management
- Coordinate updates to the website, including product updates, landing pages, content
- Ensure a consistent user experience and clear brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Partnership & Event Support
- Support the development of marketing materials for trade shows, events, and partner initiatives
- Assist with planning and execution of brand activations and promotional campaigns
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing projects
- Work with leadership to allocate budgets, prioritize initiatives, and manage external vendors
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., social media tools, email marketing, Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment with multiple priorities
