We're growing quickly and looking for a high-performing PA or NP to join our Sachse location.
The Role:
We're seeking a skilled, motivated, patient-focused provider who enjoys delivering both performance-focused wellness care and aesthetic services in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Many of our patients are men seeking measurable improvements in energy, body composition, libido/sexual function, and confidence — so comfort discussing these topics with professionalism and clarity is important.
A Day in the Life:
You'll provide a blend of wellness and aesthetics, including:
Men's Health & Wellness Services
- Testosterone optimization / HRT (evaluation, protocols, follow-up, labs)
- Medical weight loss programs
- Sexual wellness consults and treatment planning
- IV therapy, peptide therapy, wellness optimization plans
Aesthetic Services
- Injectables: Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF gel
- Devices/Procedures: RF microneedling, laser procedures, SkinPen, chemical peels
Patient Care & Experience
- Consultations customized treatment plans
- Safety-first protocols, documentation, outcomes tracking
- Elevated hospitality mindset: confident, calm, and service-oriented
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, education, and building long-term patient relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Active PA or NP license in Texas (required)
- 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, men's health, or functional/integrative medicine (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, technical precision, and attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing performance health topics (hormones, weight loss, sexual wellness) with patients in a professional and confident manner
- Growth-oriented mindset and commitment to continuing education
- Full-time availability, including 2–3 Saturdays per month (alternating)

Additional Requirements
- Current BLS certification (preferred)
- Maintain CME, certifications, and active licensure
- Reliable commute to Sachse, TX or plan to relocate prior to start
