In addition to administrative support, we provide an EHR system, office equipment, phone service with voicemail, email and fax service, marketing, professional website and headshots, social media presence, and clinical and administrative supervision (individual and group). We want our clinicians to primarily focus on their clinical work and have the autonomy to structure their work in a meaningful way to meet their own needs.

Position Description

The Clinic Director is a full-time, W2 position (approximately 35-40 hours/week) responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinic specializing in Narcissistic Abuse, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, and Chronic Shame , managing both administrative and clinical activities. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of client care, managing clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategic goals for clinic growth. The Clinic Director is a strong leader with a passion for providing excellent patient care, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting the development of staff. This position is also responsible for ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent direct care duties to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This role will directly support Wellness & Co. supervisors, clinical, and non-clinical staff.

The Clinic Director will also provide timely, high-quality, compassionate, and ethical outpatient mental health therapy in 18 sessions per week for the first year of employment.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $91,200.00 per year
