Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to address individual client needs.
• Conduct laser hair removal, esthetic laser treatments, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and other advanced aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
• Provide waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading to ensure smooth, flawless results.
• Deliver tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes to enhance natural features.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and uphold health and safety standards throughout all treatments.
• Utilize salon management software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by demonstrating their benefits and building rapport with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively, addressing client concerns, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for booking and client management.
• Skilled in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and makeup application.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare.
• Experience selling retail skincare products through effective consultation techniques.
• Certifications in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations are preferred.
