**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs for clients. Your primary goal will be to help clients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. CFs welcome to apply!
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Implementing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' speech and language skills
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure and CCCs as a speech language pathologist
- Proven experience working as a speech language pathologist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options available. Hours may vary based on client needs and caseload.
**Pay and Benefits:**
- Pay Rate: $70-100 per hour
- Contract position (1099)
