Role Description The Registered Nurse Online Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, responsible for developing and delivering engaging online educational content for nursing and healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing course outlines, creating lesson plans, recording or hosting virtual lectures, and developing supporting materials such as case studies, quizzes, and learning guides. The role involves reviewing current clinical guidelines, integrating evidence-based practices into course content, and updating materials as standards of care evolve. The RN Online Educator will interact with learners through virtual platforms, answer questions, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN required, MSN or higher preferred.
