What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Group Leader position at Wellington Student Care?
The Wellington Student Care program is looking for Group Leaders for our Kindergarten and First Grade aftercare program. This private non-profit program located at the Wellington Elementary School in Belmont is seeking enthusiastic individuals with high energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with school age children. Must have the willingness to work closely with others in a team environment, be flexible, and have the ability to plan and implement creative and enriching child centered group activities. Experience working with large groups of school age children in a camp, recreational setting, or after school environment a must.
Hours of operations:
Group Leaders: After Care: 2-6pm (M,T,TH,F) / 1-6pm (W) 21 hours per week

compensation: Competitive hourly wage beginning at $23.50/hr for group leaders based on Experience, Training and Education. Paid Holidays, personal/sick days, cost of living stipend, and end of the year performance bonus.
