Wellington Place at Whiting is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our amazing team! WP at Whiting is a 28 bed CBRF assisted living serving elderly clients. Caregivers / Resident Assistants provide personal care and companionship including housekeeping and meal preparation.
Experience is not necessary; Wellington Homes of Wisconsin has an employer paid training program. No special certifications or licenses needed!!!

What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?
- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Assist with feeding
- Perform light cleaning & linen changes
What we seek in our amazing RAs / Caregivers
- Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
