Role Overview:

As a Debt Collector, you will be an integral part of a supportive, high-energy team dedicated to helping clients resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a positive reputation for the company. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, work with customers to understand their situations, and provide clear solutions in a compassionate yet professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share strategies, insights, and resources for achieving collective goals. We believe in teamwork and mutual support to tackle challenges and improve results.
• Customer Engagement: Initiate respectful and empathetic conversations with customers to understand their financial situation and find workable solutions for repayment.
• Negotiation & Resolution: Use your negotiation skills to set up payment plans, arrange settlements, or explore other viable solutions while ensuring both client satisfaction and company goals are met.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, agreements, and payments. Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal regulations.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges, provide proactive solutions, and work with the team to continuously improve processes and results.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date with industry regulations, best practices, and team protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required. We value a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communication with customers and team members alike.
