Our client is a very well respected, bank owned insurance agency seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Lines P&C Producer. They have a strong balance sheet and revenue in excess of $50M.
They possess excellent back office support including many sought after direct appointments.
During validation they offer a strong 6 figure salary commission. Once validated they offer 30% new, (40% new if you write over $80K in a year) and 30% renewal. Moreover they offer a 5 year LTIP Plan. In this model you will earn a 1 time check equal to the revenue size of your book at the end of 5 years.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
