Summary
- Collaborate with Scrum teams on sprint planning, technical design, and implementation.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Solve complex healthcare challenges and contribute to process/tool improvements.
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming (Go/TypeScript preferred, other languages considered).
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing, debugging).
- Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
- Ability to work remotely in the continental US (Eastern/Central time zones, excluding NY).
- Successful completion of in-person IAL3 compliant identity proofing will be required (you must be able to present the necessary identification documents).
- Willingness and ability to travel for occasional customer or onsite company meetings (approximately 1-2 times per year).
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.) and front-end state management solutions (e.g., NGXS).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, AWS, Go, and PostgreSQL.
- Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NGXS.
- Backend: Golang, Amazon Linux ECS/Fargate, PostgreSQL/Redshift.
- Data Analytics: Python, AWS Glue.
- Infrastructure: Pulumi, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Jira.
