We're looking for a Director of Operations who brings clinical expertise, strong leadership instincts, and genuine care for people to run our Columbia operation and help us grow.
What You'll Own
Premiere Client Experience
- Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners
- Oversee care plan development and ensure accurate billing
- Participate in initial and ongoing client assessments
Your Team
- Lead Care Coordinators, Care Specialists, and Care Coaches
- Drive recruitment, deployment, and retention of our Wellhaven Way Certified Caregivers
- Facilitate weekly huddles, 1:1's, and hands-on coaching
Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and waiver programs
- Create results around KPI's and budgets with the executive team
- Represent Wellhaven Home Care in the community

What We're Looking For
- Licensed Registered Nurse*
- 3 years organizational leadership*
- Home care or senior industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy across platforms and devices
- Solid reputation of integrity and compassion
- Track record of team building and people development
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check*
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
