We are looking for a PT Year Round Maintenance Person – who is a reliable individual that will ensure our facility and equipment remain in top condition.
We are seeking a diligent and versatile Part-Time Maintenance Person hours per week) to support our warehouse operations.

- The building, warehouse facility, offices and grounds are maintained in a safe and efficient manner,
- compliance with strict food safety and OSHA regulations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a cold, wet industrial environment and possess a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of warehouse and seafood processing equipment, including production lines, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, such as plumbing, basic electrical, and mechanical equipment, to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, performing general repairs including painting, minor carpentry, and equipment adjustments.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by performing general cleaning duties in the maintenance shop and assisting with overall warehouse upkeep.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records of all tasks performed, repairs completed, and parts used.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and food safety standards (HACCP), reporting any hazards immediately.
- Operate a variety of equipment and tools, including power tools, hand tools, and potentially a forklift (training provided if needed).

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in an industrial or warehouse maintenance role is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures, including basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work.
- Familiarity with food industry safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, work on your feet for extended periods, and work in temperatures as low as <32 degrees Fahrenheit.
