· Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
· Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs.
· Work with the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.
· Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
· Perform thorough multi-point inspections that help customers make informed decisions.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience (dealership preferred)
- ASE certifications and VW certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic abilities across OEM and aftermarket vehicles
- Team-focused, professional, and customer-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $25–50 /hr (based on experience and certifications)
- Opportunity to earn $150K for top performers
