About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with Higher Education experience to support a large-scale Salesforce initiative. This role will work closely with stakeholders across admissions, student services, and advancement teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements across Salesforce platforms
• Translate functional requirements into user stories, process flows, and system specifications
• Support implementation and optimization of Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across academic and administrative teams
• Work closely with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Required Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
• Ex-Big-4 consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Education Cloud)
• Prior experience working with Higher Education institutions (e.g., universities, colleges)
• Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes (admissions, enrollment, student success, advancement)
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
