From our in-house dining to catering services and our popular food truck, Weller's Döner Wagon, we’re proud to bring high-quality provisions to our guests.

As a Line Cook at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of scratch-made German dishes with precision and care. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. - Following recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. - Assisting with food prep and inventory management as needed. - Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

We’re seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about food and eager to contribute to our mission of offering authentic German cuisine. Here’s what we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen. - Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality food and service.
