Established in 2019, Weller's Bistro is a locally owned gem offering scratch-made German cuisine, craft cocktails, and a well-curated beer and wine selection. We’ve become a go-to destination for food enthusiasts and those who appreciate high-quality hospitality. Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include catering services and even a food truck, the Weller’s Döner Wagon, bringing Germany’s favorite street food to the Wasatch Front. What You’ll Do
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicating wait times and accommodating guest preferences whenever possible.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation
- Hourly wage of $10 per hour plus tips (average $15–$16 per hour)
