Can You Run the Field on Complex Aquatic Builds?
Statewide Travel | Full-Time | Based in Orlando, FL
Picture your first assignment
A municipal aquatic center with a competition pool, splash features, and a lazy river is ready to break ground. You arrive Monday morning as the final field authority. You walk elevations, confirm layout, stage crews and subs, and set expectations—quality, safety, schedule. You lead the GC/Owner meeting, resolve issues decisively, and keep momentum. When needed, you jump in as a working superintendent. By week’s end, milestones are met and the team is sharper than when it started.
