Lead Field Operations for Signature Aquatic Projects
Statewide Travel | Full-Time | Based in Orlando, FL

Your mission
Own the jobsite from mobilization to closeout. As the on-site authority Monday through Friday, you set the tone, direct the work, uphold quality and safety, and keep the schedule and budget on track. You’ll travel primarily within Florida (with occasional trips out of state) and operate as the face of our company to GCs, Owners, inspectors, and subcontractors. You’ll partner closely with a Project Manager while independently running day-to-day field execution.
How you’ll lead
- Command on-site operations for commercial pool and aquatic construction projects
- Mentor and develop field crews and assistant superintendents
- Coordinate subcontractors to protect milestones and sequence
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budget performance
- Run site meetings with GCs and owners; communicate clearly and consistently
- Enforce OSHA compliance and drive a safety-first culture
- Maintain rigorous quality control through every phase
- Manage field documentation
- Roll up your sleeves as a working superintendent when needed
- Recruit, train, and develop new field personnel

- Critical path protected; schedule milestones met or exceeded
- Zero tolerance safety culture established and maintained
- Clean inspections and strong relationships with inspectors and GCs
- Budget alignment through disciplined field coordination
- Assistant superintendents and crews growing under your mentorship
Experience and traits you bring
- 5 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Delivery of complex commercial projects end-to-end
- Aquatic construction background strongly preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Expertise with grades, elevations, and precise layout
- Comfort operating heavy equipment
- Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk, or similar construction software
- Advanced blueprint/spec interpretation
- Decisive, confident leadership and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High organization and accountability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work actively on site
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to travel statewide and occasionally beyond
