Union Labor Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties to support daily job-site operations.

• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other job-site equipment.

• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.

• Assist equipment operators and crew members with assigned tasks.

• Follow directions from supervisors and foremen to complete work efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company and job-site safety policies and procedures.

• Properly maintain and care for company tools and equipment.

• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Complete additional duties as assigned to support project completion.
