$17/Hour / 5pm - 12am shifts
Summary of Position
A culinarian provides the opportunity to create exceptional dishes for our customers in an innovative, energetic environment. Connecting our customers to a travel experience by providing quality food choices to create a memorable experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
- Must be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-year minimum previous kitchen/cook experience in a hotel restaurant or full-service restaurant.
- Food Certifications.
Schedule
- Sunday through Saturday
- Various Days; 5pm-12 am
