What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, therapists, counselors, treatment providers, EAPs, unions, employee health programs, physician groups, recovery organizations, courts, first responders, and community partners.
- Represent WellBrook Recovery throughout your territory at meetings, conferences, networking events, and educational presentations.
- Develop new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted resource by helping referral partners navigate insurance, levels of care, and appropriate treatment options.
- Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
- Meet with key decision-makers and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Required
- Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or account management within a drug & alcohol treatment center or behavioral health organization.
- Strong understanding of the addiction treatment continuum of care.
- Existing professional relationships within Wisconsin's behavioral health or healthcare community.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel.
