Requirements:
Valid NYS RN license
Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive
COVID-19 vaccination required (or acceptable exemption)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus
Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required
