Position Summary:

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. As a point of contact between the factory and our customer, this role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load product onto paint line while keeping space between parts.
• Communicates with Lead Person/Supervisor on product spacing and staple issues.
• Communicates with Stapler on colors going onto the lines.
• Communicates with the Inspector proper space needed to re-hang parts removed by quality.
• Assists co-workers as needed.

• Education and Experience
• Experience loading and stacking products.

Scope and Impact:

Position has recurring work situations that involve having a high attention to detail and service results. It is important that Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Safety protocols be followed as a guide for operational direction. Failing to follow prescribed guidelines will waste resources and adversely impact performance.
