Front Desk & Retail Sales Associate — Elements Massage (Totowa)

Heads up, this is not a job where you get to scroll on your phone all day. You will be on your feet, engaged with people, and building real sales, communication, and customer service skills the entire shift. It's genuinely challenging work, and that's exactly what makes it valuable. The skills you build here, like sales, hospitality, problem-solving under pressure, and building client relationships, translate directly into pretty much any career you go into next.

This isn't just answering phones and booking appointments, though you'll do plenty of that. You'll introduce clients to our Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership that gives them access to massage, stretch sessions, and facials, and you'll be the reason they keep coming back month after month. What you'll get
This is a year round, ongoing position (not seasonal), with a real path to grow your income through commission and bonuses as you build your client relationships, along with skills that will serve you well beyond this job.
