What You'll Do
- Design personalized fitness programs based on assessments, goals, and client needs
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 training sessions
- Conduct progress reviews and fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks
- Help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall health
- Educate clients on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Create exceptional client experiences that drive long-term success
- Collaborate with a team of fitness professionals committed to excellence

Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
- CPR/AED Certification
- Dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life
- NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA Certification
- 1 years of personal training experience
- Experience working with active aging adults, weight management, corrective exercise, or post-rehabilitation populations
- Relationship-driven
