- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous sales experience preferred, spa or wellness industry a plus
- Comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and promotions
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, problem-solving, and client concerns
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Someone who is coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Passion for helping people
As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you will
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client
- Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries over the phone and in person
- Promote and sell memberships and retail products to help clients enhance their wellness journey
- Meet membership and sales goals
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are not just met but exceeded
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professionsl studio environment
- Supporting the overall success of the studio and team
