Compensation & Benefits
- $47-$55 per hour (including tips)
- Competitive base pay
- Paid liability insurance
- Paid time off
- Paid CEUs (online & in-person)
- Flexible scheduling
- Full front desk support (booking, laundry, client flow)
- Hydraulic massage tables in every room
- Tuesday 3 PM to Close
- Wednesday 3 PM to Close
- Thursday 300 PM to Close
- Friday 300 PM to Close
- Saturday & Sunday AM and PM shifts available
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Support a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Massage Therapy program
- Licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure (required before performing sessions)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Open to learning and continued growth
- All experience levels welcome (students, new graduates, and experienced therapists encouraged to apply)
