Elements Massage Denver Tech Center is excited to announce the addition of therapeutic skin care services to the studio’s offerings and is currently seeking licensed estheticians /aestheticians to join the growing team. The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day. Elements Massage Denver Tech Center would love to show you what makes it unique!

Compensation And Benefits

• Estheticians make between $18-$20/hourly plus tips, commission, and bonuses

Qualifications And Skills

• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Licensed to provide facial services in the state of Colorado
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
• The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.

• Conduct personalized skin consultation for each client to assess their skin care needs
• Advise clients on skin condition and treatment recommendations
• Perform customized therapeutic facials based on clients' needs
• Properly clean and sanitize facial equipment
• Maintains a clean and professional work environment
• Maintain a high-level of product knowledge with the ability to recommend products for home use
• Minimum High School graduate
• Completed a state-approved cosmetology or esthetician program
• License to perform as an esthetician in the state of Colorado
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent bedside manner and professionalism
