- Asking clients to provide Google reviews
- Speaking with clients while they wait in our waiting room
- Check-in / Check-out of clients
- Washing and folding laundry
- Studio cleaning at closing time
- Prior customer experience
- Ability to address difficult client conversations
- Outgoing personality
- Must feel comfortable speaking / selling a membership
