Your Impact:
- Deliver Field-Based Care: Conduct comprehensive primary care visits and physical exams in the comfort of a patient’s home.

- Prevent ER Visits: Treat acute needs in the home to keep seniors safe, healthy, and out of the hospital.
What You Bring
- Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree (NP) with a preferred focus on Adult, Geriatric, and/or Family.
- Georgia State Required Credentials: Active, unencumbered NP license and Board Certification (ANCC or AANP).
- Reliable Mobility: Valid driver’s license and vehicle for local field-based travel.
