Job Description
overseeing the organization’s data management, ensuring the integrity and security of data, and leveraging data to drive business insights and decisions. This role requires a visionary leader who can transform data into a strategic asset and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy and Governance
- Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Data Management and Operations
- Data Management: Lead the development and management of data warehouse, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.
- Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources like Payor data, EMR, Salesforce, Scheduling system etc, enabling a unified view of organizational data.
- Data Quality: Implement processes and tools to monitor and improve data quality across the organization.
Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Data Analytics: Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Insights Generation: Leverage data to generate actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic initiatives. Be a conduit for Actuarial and Medical economics team in providing accurate and up to date information.
- Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights to key stakeholders.
Technology and Innovation
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new data-driven technologies and methodologies. Explore the possibility of LLMs and data science methodologies to predict trends and identify key levers to improve care.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external data and technology vendors including offshore team building to ensure optimal performance and value.
Team Leadership and Development
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing data and analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure data initiatives align with business needs and objectives.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Travel requirements: Travel may be required up to 20% locally or nationally
Work Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Moving lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 50lbs as well as assist with weights of more than 100lbs.
