What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analytics Summer 2027 Internship- Hybrid -Des Moines, Iowa position at Wellabe?
Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our Data & Analytics team for a10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learning from our team. You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with the opportunity to gain real world experience that supplements traditional classroom learning.
Essential Functions
- Documenting business requirements and processes for the creation of new analytical solutions
- Assisting the team with Power BI maintenance and report fixes
- Contributing to analytics/AI projects by collaborating with business and data analytics team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Science, Math or related field
- Passion for data
- Power BI skills/ advanced Excel skills would be a plus
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- A fast learner and very detail-oriented person is essential
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus
