Are you someone with a soft spot for a mental health? Do you value providing the optimal patient experience through genuine, empathetic, and task oriented care to patients and families? Would you like to be able to work in your own private office? We are a growing nurse practitioner owned psychiatric private practice looking to fill the role of front office coordinator, where you will be the face of our office and the first person to welcome each in person patient. We currently have five providers. We intend to attract an organized, detail oriented, warm personality with excellent people and phone skills.
You will be performing a variety of administrative tasks, as well as be able to cross cover with other staff. Here you will work in a small and comfortable office setting where you can exercise your strengths, stretch your ability, and continue to build our systems as we grow.
Role:
Your role is vital to efficient day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include handling daily correspondence, scheduling new and existing appointments, managing the daily schedule, check in/out, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information and collecting payments. This position offers significant growth opportunities as appropriate and desired.

Starting Salary: Highly dependent on skill and experience $19.00-23.00 per hour with room for advancement.
